Delivery

Delivery is made by our partner carrier Colissmo.

The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process within 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world. This period is counted from the date of shipment of the package. We offer you the delivery costs corresponding to € 22.29 in mainland France, Monaco and Corsica. For other countries, please see the price list below:

Alcinter cannot be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals by the carrier.

In the event of an order including several items, the participation in the processing and shipping costs will be invoiced for only one shipment.

We also invite you to regularly check your order tracking and to contact us here for any question or in case of problem.

Any reservation on the delivered product must be notified to the carrier and to Alcinter (damaged package, already opened, etc.).
